Terms of Use
Last updated: July 21, 2026
These terms cover the noise iPhone app and this website. Using either means you agree to them.
What noise is
noise shows you concert listings and helps you keep track of the ones you want to see. Listings, dates, prices, and artwork come from third-party sources and venues; we surface them in good faith but can’t guarantee they’re accurate or current — a show can move, sell out, or cancel without the listing catching up. Always confirm with the venue or ticket seller.
Tickets
noise doesn’t sell tickets. “Get tickets” links take you to outside sellers; your purchase is with them, under their terms, and any issue with an order is theirs to resolve.
Audio previews
Song previews are 30-second clips provided by Apple’s public preview service. The recordings belong to their rights holders; noise streams them for discovery and claims no rights in them.
Your account
Keep your account yours: don’t impersonate others or use the service to abuse, scrape, overload, or reverse-engineer our systems. We can suspend accounts that do.
No warranty
noise is provided as-is, without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent the law allows, we’re not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from using it — including a missed show, a moved date, or a bad opener.
Governing law & changes
These terms are governed by California law. If they change in a way that matters, we’ll update this page and the date above. Questions: jconsenstein@gmail.com.
